Three sessions to make the change stick
The body learns by repetition. Three sessions give time to repeat what began in the first one and to work out together what is changing. Everyone has their own pace, and the plan adjusts to what we see from session to session.

3 sessions of 60 minutes.
Comparison between sessions, to see how your body is responding.
The plan adjusted whenever it is needed.
Price
3 sessions of 60 minutes, about €67 each. You save €25 compared with single sessions (3 × €75).
Payment: the full amount at booking. It secures priority in my schedule and the per-session price.
